Check-In

Check-in time is 3pm.  Enter the sunroom through the door on the right on the front of the house.  The sunroom door does not have a lock.  The main house door has a coded lock.  You will receive an email with code prior to arrival.  The code will only access the house door during your stay and will automatically shut off at your check-out time. 

Lights

The light switches are on the remotes in each room attached to the wall.  Please push the light button each remote.  Please do not remove the light switch from the wall.

TVs

Each room is equipped with a smart TV, please feel comfortable to log into your account and log out prior to leaving. 

Linens/Towels

We use a linen service for bed sheets and bath towels.  If any of these items are not satisfactory, please let us know so we can have the linen service remedy the situation.

Parking

Two cars can fit in the driveway.  There is also street parking, which is free.  There is a Tesla charger on the north side of the front porch to be used by house guests only.

Bicycles

There are four bicycles at the house.  Helmets are not provided.  Please use the bikes at your own risk.  The hosts are not liable for any injuries that may occur while using the bicycles.  The code to the bicycle locks is S-H-E-D.

Beach Towels

Unlike bath towels, beach towels ARE NOT provided.    

Beach Gear

There are a few assorted beach items that you are welcome to use.  These items include:  folding wagon (for transporting items to beach), beach umbrella, chairs, boogie board.  These items can be found under the front stairs (access to the right of the stairs).  Please return these items back in the condition they were found after use.

Grilling

If using the grill, charcoal is not provided.  Please obey all safety precautions and clean up after use.
