As a reminder, NO PARTIES or events allowed.

No unregistered guests allowed.

No smoking.

Respect the neighbors and the noise curfew.  Quiet hours are from 10pm – 7am.

Respect the check-in (3pm) and check-out (10am) times.

Do not rearrange the furniture.

Do your dishes and take out the trash as described in check-out procedures.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Only registered pets allowed – $150 per pet, 2 pet limit. 

If you bring your pet, please bring your own pet food/supplies.  None will be provided.  Pets must be leashed when outside per city ordinance. 

You must clean up after your pets.  Place poop bags in outdoor trash bin – no poop bags inside the house. 

If using a bicycle, please make sure the bike is working well prior to use, wear a helmet (not provided), hosts are not responsible for any injuries. 

If grilling, charcoal is not provided. Clean up after use.  

Take care of the furnishings/decorations/shells.  Any damages will be your responsibility and covered by your security deposit.
